She was born November 4, 1923 in Sykesville, Md. daughter of the late Irving Eli Ruby and Jenny Jones Ruby.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of First U.M. Church in Berkeley Springs.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Lily Myers, Ester McRae and Madge Williams; three brothers, Thomas, Jack and Victor Ruby.
She is survived by her husband Adam M. Cook, one son Bryan Cook and wife Jerry of Berkeley Springs; sister Virginia Maskell of Sykesville, Md.; three grandchildren Adam B. Cook and wife Jodie, Eli Cook and wife Misty, Amy Rexrode and husband Jason; seven great-grandchildren Caroline Cook, Mulledy Jane Cook, Juliann Cook, Elijah Cook, Berkeley Raine Cook, Anna Rexrode and Addison Rexrode.
Funeral Services were held at First U.M. Church in Berkeley Springs on Saturday, January 4 at 11 a.m. conducted by the Rev. Andrew Cooney, Burial was in Greenway Cemetery Berkeley Springs.
Arrangements were by Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 36 S. Green Street, Berkeley Springs.
