He was the husband of Catherine May Libbey Hallock. Mr. Hallock was born May 17, 1962, in Frederick, a son of Edward N. and Mary Edith Lease Hallock, Frederick. Mr Hallock was a member of the Frederick Church of the Brethren and the Friendship Sunday School class of the church. He was a member of the Walkersville High School Class of 1980. He had been employed as a nursing assistant at Frederick Memorial Hospital and for the past two years was an auto mechanic with Schroyer's Recycling Inc. Frederick. Surviving besides his wife and parents are two children, Angela Marie Hallock Hardy, VA, and Nathaniel Scott Hallock, Frederick; a brother, Bradley S. Hallock and his wife Karla of Stuarts Draft, VA; maternal grandmother, Edith B. Lease, New Market; a very close friend, Cindy Schroyer, Frederick and a number of aunts and uncles. Mr. Hallock is at the Frederick Funeral Home of Robert E. Dailey and Son, 1201 N. Market St. There will be no visiting or calling hours at the funeral home. Memorial services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday May 14, at the Frederick Church of the Brethren, 201 Fairview Ave., Frederick, with his pastors, the Rev. Dr. James S. Flora and Rev. David A. Eastis, officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. at the church on Sunday, May 14. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Monrovia. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Todd Hallock's childrens trust fund, in care of Jennifer Harris, branch manager of the F & M Bank, Fountain Rock, P.O. Flora, Mr. Hallock's pastor, and the Rev. David A. Eastis, associate pastor, officiated. Attending the services as a group were members of Friendship Sunday School class, of which Mr. Hallock was a member. The Rev. David Eastis sang "Joy Is Like the Rain: and "Thank You Jesus." Bearers, all cousins of Mr. Hallock were, John L. Thompson, Jr., Joel L. Thompson, Jennifer L. Harris, Jan L. Thompson, Katrina J. Lease, Karen J. Lease, Carla J. Lease and Cathy J. Lease.
