Mrs. Emma Yagerlener, 77, a former Wabash resident, died Monday afternoon in Detroit, Mich., according to word received here.
Mrs. Yagerlener was born here, April 6, 1881 to Samuel and Lydia Mater. She was married in Wabash to John Yagerlener who preceded her in death. Mr. Yagerlener was a former draftsman for the Gemmer Manufacturing Company of Detroit.
Survivors include two sons, one brother, Edward Mater, Elkhart; four sisters, Miss Dora Mater, Wabash, Mrs. Iva Reed, Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Birdia King, Elkhart, and Mrs. Pearl Schoenaur, Huntington; and six grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Wednesday afaternoon in Detroit and the body will be brought to Wabash #for burial in Falls Cemetery. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday with Dr. George W. Cartwright officiating.
