Deseret News, The (Salt Lake City, UT) - November 21, 1992 Deceased Name: DEATH: FARRELL PETERSON Farrell Peterson, loving father and grandfather, passed away peacefully Nov. 19, 1992 at the age of 73. Born July 25, 1919 in Grace, Idaho, the youngest son of Emil and Matilda Peterson. Married Lona Roghaar, October 10, 1940 in the Logan LDS Temple. Attended Utah State Agricultural College. He farmed in Grace, Idaho, later moving to Midvale, Utah, where he worked for Associated Foods. Active member of the LDS Church, he served as Young Men's President, Sunday School superintendent, and home teacher. He loved music and had a beautiful baritone voice. Survived by his three daughters and spouses, Margaret and Jerald Wadley, Midvale; Corinne and Stacy Ouzts, South Carolina; and Pamela and Laird Taggart, Centerville; 19 grandchildren; brother, Don Peterson, Idaho. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lona, and a granddaughter, Brenda. Funeral services will be held 12 noon, Monday, November 23, Midvale East 3rd Ward, 87 East 7100 South, Midvale.
